Filter the review queue by project, see each receipt's project, and download a Projects report (Excel) from Export – totals, budgets and spend by category for every client's projects.
Your open projects now show on the dashboard with what's been spent and how much budget is left – tap one for the detail. If a project goes quiet for a month, Pennies offers to close it and send you the project pack.

When you click Ask on a receipt, the question now reaches the client on WhatsApp even if they haven't messaged Pennies for a while.
Clients can now group receipts into projects; the project shows on each receipt in your CSV export.

Send a PDF with several invoices in it and Pennies files each one separately, then asks what each was for (reply 1 fuel / 2 stock).
Your staff can now send dashboard to see their own receipts, claims and logbook – nothing else of yours.
Send dashboard for your own page: the receipts you've sent, your expense claims (download the PDF) and your travel logbook. Only you can see it.
If your boss has set up a project, send project and its name (e.g. project Sandton) – your next receipts go into it, even ones you're claiming back. project off stops.
Group receipts by job, site or event. Send new project Sandton fit-out – receipts you and your staff send then go into it (project off to stop). Open Projects on your dashboard to add older receipts, see the total and download it.
When your boss has projects open, Pennies asks Which project? after your receipt – just tap one. Or add #rivonia to the photo's caption to file that one receipt into the project.
After a receipt is filed, Pennies now asks Which project? with one tap. Set a budget (budget Rivonia 50000) and you'll get a WhatsApp at 80% and 100%. project status shows spend, who spent what and the latest receipts, and close project Rivonia sends you one PDF with every receipt. Choose who gets asked on your Projects page.
Got receipts or invoices on your computer? Drag them onto your dashboard (or tap Upload receipts). Pennies reads them, then you add what they were for and a project – one by one or all at once – and save.
